Consulting: On a more intimate and individual level, Youth Link can help evaluate a student ministry by understanding its present personality and health in key areas of ministry. We can assess and evaluate to produce a greater enjoyment and fulfillment in ministry both for the current youth pastor and for a church looking to hire one. Strategic Leadership Training and Team Building: YLM will help to sharpen your leadership and team building skills through various workshops for your staff or student leadership. Develop greater unity with your team by Vision Casting, Consensus Building, Understanding and respecting the diversity of giftedness. You will learn incredible and transferable team-building skills. Ministry & Personal Assessments (active ministries & searches): Up to three instruments and profiles can be used with each pastor/director/staff to provide a greater awareness of each others gifts, passions, personality and leadership styles as well as value to your team. These are incredibly useful in student ministry position placements both for the church and the youth pastor searching. Mentoring: Youth Link’s greatest passion is ministering to the minister.
